Service terms

Clear limits keep recurring support predictable.

These conditions apply to the published care-plan service levels and remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Business Days and response

Business Day means Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Response targets apply during NetZion’s normal operating hours and refer to acknowledgement and initial assessment, not guaranteed completion.

Unused support time

Unused monthly support time does not roll over and expires at the end of each billing month.

Backup restoration

One backup restoration per calendar month is included where a suitable recent backup is available. Additional restorations, extensive recovery work, malware recovery or restoration required because of client actions, compromised credentials or third-party changes may be quoted separately.

Cancellation

Recurring care plans and hosting services require one calendar month’s written notice, subject to any mandatory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, including fixed-term consumer cancellation rights where applicable.
