5. Cookies and Google Analytics
NetZion uses Google Analytics 4, with measurement ID G-EM87YTRLWV, to understand how visitors find and use the website. This may include pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, session activity and interaction events. NetZion does not intentionally send contact-form field values or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.
Google Consent Mode is set to deny analytics storage by default. Before you make a choice, Google may receive limited cookie-free measurement and consent signals, but analytics cookies are not stored. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled by this website configuration.
Your choice is stored in your browser as a necessary preference. You can withdraw or change it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or submitting an enquiry.
6. Website Security
Protecting client information is one of our core priorities.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, which may include:
- encrypted connections (HTTPS);
- secure hosting environments;
- access controls;
- regular software updates;
- backups;
- firewall protection where applicable;
- monitoring for malicious activity; and
- reasonable measures designed to reduce cybersecurity risks.
While we take reasonable steps to protect information, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe that personal information for which we are responsible has been accessed or acquired by an unauthorised person, we will follow applicable POPIA notification requirements. Where NetZion acts as an operator for a client, we will notify the responsible party promptly so that it can meet its legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only where necessary with trusted service providers such as:

These providers may only process information for the purposes of providing their services.
When NetZion processes personal information on behalf of a client to provide hosting, maintenance, support or related technical services, the client will ordinarily be the responsible party and NetZion will ordinarily act as an operator under POPIA. In that role, NetZion processes the information with the client’s knowledge or authorisation, keeps it confidential and applies appropriate safeguards.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide our services;
- comply with legal obligations;
- resolve disputes;

- request deletion where legally permissible;
